ATCK Fitness is a one of a kind workout! At ATCK Fitness, you will be taken through a sweat drenching kickboxing class based off of a martial arts background. Here you will find coaches that are determined to help you reach your fitness goals and push yourself to be better every day! Our coaches keep our members accountable to their unique fitness goals. We celebrate all successes, big or small, and assist with creating new, realistic, and achievable goals. From losing weight, gaining muscle, or learning how to create a healthier lifestyle we are here to educate and stand by our members throughout their entire fitness journey. We are dedicated to helping people from all walks of life! Whether you’ve never worked out a day in your life, need modifications from past injuries or health conditions, or if you workout consistently and just need a little extra push our coaches can tailor the workouts based off of your fitness level! Our coaches are positive, motivating, and encourage our members to not just be their best but, to always THRIVE for more. We are a safe, inclusive community who welcome all people.
