Dawn has done many jobs including florist, waitress, receptionist, etc. Dawn started to find her way and was an administrative coordinator for Adams Outdoor from 2007-2010. She really started to gain great marketing skills in this position and was a great support for clients and the sales representatives. In 2010, Dawn started work for Northwestern Mutual Financial Services. She earned her life and health insurance license during this time and worked for many sales representatives to help clients with their goals. She helped hundreds of clients with individual health insurance during this time as well. Dawn's family owns a local business and she helped them for a short time in 2012 and then found her career in Real Estate.
Real Estate has always been an interest of Dawn's and she has found it to be the most fulfilling career she has had. Dawn started as administrative support for a team at Keller Williams in March of 2013. She learned quickly all of the details and dates that need to be taken care of to ensure clients make it to the closing table. Dawn has taken hundreds of transactions to closing. Dawn's most notable accomplishments in Real Estate are in marketing listings. Her innovative ideas and understanding of the internet allow her to creatively market a listing to potential buyers. Dawn obtained her Real Estate Broker's license through the State of Illinois in January of 2015. She continued to perform administrative tasks for the team until she decided to be a full-time Real Estate agent in July of 2015.
Dawn has since earned multiple designations including: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Analyst (PSA) and she specializes in New Construction. Dawn 's goal is to be a true consultant to you across all of your real estate needs - here in Central Illinois or across the world. Her goal is education of buyers and sellers so they can make informed decisions that are best for their lives.
Dawn currently resides in Mahomet with her husband, Zach. She has a son, Brian, who is pursuing his sports management goals in college
