SHIPS originates from Shop MIURA, a store that started selling ex-service goods from the American Army at Ameya-Yokocho market in 1952. We opened MIURA&SONS in Shibuya in 1975. We opened the first SHIPS store in Ginza in October, 1977, and operated it as a retailer of original and select brands. SHIPS’s identity comes from mixing universal, basic fashion with fresh trends through each item and style. We will continue to present modern fashion with a traditional twist.
