Helping families rebuild hope. From a hotline that began in 1977 to opening an emergency shelter that has resided at its location since 1983, the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence has helped generations of people who have survived domestic violence and sexual assault cope with their trauma and find hope. Our mission is to advocate for safety and justice through intervention, education and community collaboration. CASFV opened the Family Resource Center, started the Battering Intervention & Prevention Program, established a transitional living center, and participates in community outreach and fundraisers to further assist those in need. We are here to provide the necessary guidance and resources to help those who experience violence on the road to a healthy recovery.
