HR World is a virtual HR community founded with the aim of transforming the HR profession of the Adriatic region into a more innovative and humane one, through connecting and sharing knowledge. HR World's mission is to build capacity and recognize HR as a strategic management partner. HR becomes a decision maker with integrity and a deep understanding of business and its principles. In the first year of its existence, HR WORLD deals with strengthening the HR sector, while from 2019 it will work on raising awareness of top management companies in the region about the importance and contribution of HR activities, and the benefits that business has from properly accepting strategic HR as advisory and executive, not just support functions. Our motto and main question is - "HR develops people - and who develops HR?"
