Kiley Willis is a Kansas City native, and graduated from Park Hill High School. She attended Northwest Missouri State University and graduated with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management. Since then, she moved throughout the country expanding on her sales career, and she lived in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Honolulu, and New York City before returning to Kansas City.
