Alex Perez (born October 14th), better known by his stage name Lil XXEL "zell", is an American rapper of Cuban and Puerto Rican descent. Alex was born in Orlando, Florida, and moved to New Jersey at a young age, where he was raised by his mother (Ginette) and father (Antonio). XXEL began to rap at the young age of 15. Although he began singing in school talent shows, he later progressed into composing rap songs, and eventually R&B.
