Pilo’s Street Tacos is more than a delicious, fresh Mexican taqueria, it is a culture that values people and their abilities.  Our restaurant was inspired by Aunt Pilo, who recently passed away.  Pilo was born with Down Syndrome but has always been seen for her abilities, not her disabilities. Pilo’s Street Tacos provides unique opportunities for exceptional adults who desire to live, work, and dream beyond their (dis)abilities.  Because of this, Pilo’s is passionate about employing individuals with special needs.  As Pilo's opens additional locations, we will continue to employ adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
