Over a hundred years ago, when Ivana Brlić Mažuranić wrote the story of Lapitch, a little shoemaker as small as an elbow, as merry as a bird, as brave as princ Mark, as wise as a book and as good as the sun, she never expected that he would, on his way to break in his boots, go around the world. Having entered the realm of animated film in 1997, the heroes of this children’s literature classic, Lapitch and Lisa, gained many fans around the world. On their journey they were accompanied by their loyal friends Brewster and Pico.
