Shabu- shabu is mainly a hot pot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in water Shabu- shabu was first introduced in Japan but its origins are traced back to the chinese hot pot known as (Shuàn Yángròu). From then on, Shabu-shabu has been a common dish from one generation to the other from one country to the another.
