Buttercups is a up-and-coming bakery located in Downtown Washington, DC, that currently sells "Cake in a Jar" and "Snack Cakes". The owner, Tashera, wanted to bring the delicious Cake Jar treat to her area as well as her rendition of the nostalgic snack cake!
