A.S-S.AS is a non-governmental association, which was created in order to represent the rights and interests of students of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Bucharest. It is a non-profit, financially independent student association, which finances its projects through the contribution offered by partners and sponsors. It is an autonomous, apolitical association. It is not affiliated with any political party, nor does it support a particular person politically.
