TEDxUniversityofMacedonia is an independently organized TED-like event, which is run volunteerly. Through ideas worth spreading our aspect is to develop an open platform where young people can share ideas, interact, innovate, discuss and change the university‘s community in a positive way. TEDxUniversityofMacedonia was organized for the first time 2 years ago when a young student dared to take the initiative to organize the first TEDx University event in Northern Greece. Since then, TEDxUniversityofMacedonia has managed to give voice to ideas worth spreading and constitute a reason for change and action in the community of universities and generally of young people of Thessaloniki
