This Way Up is a podcast (Ranked No.5 on iTunes) and event platform (Named top 30 Events in London by The Dots). It was launched in 2017 by Rebecca Rowntree, a Creative Director in advertising who wanted to readdress the issues women faces in the creative industry. Its mission is to bring to the fore honest career journeys of female leaders from around the world through podcast episodes and events. The belief is that by sharing personal frank stories, we can collectively support each other, making us the best individuals we can be. It’s those valuable insights that make the journey a little less hard and, ultimately, help us find our way up.
