In 2011, Founders Josh Boyd and Derek Graham created The 12 Week Fitness Challenge, which was inspired by their own lifesaving results they achieved from experiencing the program themselves. Passionate about igniting a wave of change, they set out to create a studio and cultivate a community that would serve members at any stage of their fitness journey. The studio was a sanctuary where judgement, stereotypes and society’s expectations were not allowed to take root. Rather, the studio became a platform that allowed members of all shapes and sizes to catapult their wellness journey into overdrive for unparalleled results. The unique fusion of community support and targeted workouts gave way to the evolution of the company as we know it today.
Welcome to The 12 Group Training and Nutrition. Where we seek to serve 12Nation through a 360 approach for ultimate fitness results. Our Signature Group Training Classes are designed to provide each member with an energy infused, results driven experience in 60 minutes. It begins as members enter the state-of-the-art group room which is outfit with an expansive selection of premium training equipment. Free weights, dumb bells, TRX Suspension Training, Rip Chord Training, Treadmills, HIIT Bikes and only the best functional training equipment are all a part of the experience that is intentionally designed for progressive results. The circuit style classes, no two of which are ever the same, are formatted to burn maximum calorie levels through igniting the EPOC effect. This means the body continues to burn excess calories 18-24 hours post workout, effectively sculpting, shaping, and shredding each person’s physique for plateau-proof results. Our goal is to maximize your time and results through what studies show works in revealing sustainable results within an environment that fosters community.
To amplify results, we also offer members access to education on proper nutrition, supplementation, fitness challenges and body composition testing. This empowers each member by equipping them with essential information to help guide their lifestyle which is much like training…it is an active process every day.
