The First Lady Chamber was established in 2017 by two sisters. With both of them being women in business they faced many challenges and due to the lack of guidance and support as well as the lack of women representation in leading roles they saw a need for this amongst female led businesses. It was then that the First Lady Chamber was born. They created a platform that assists female entrepreneurs in South Africa build their empires by being educated, inspired and uplifted. The FLC programme offers business learnings developed by leading women in their respective fields. Our facilitators are vastly different but offer unique insight into the different fields that comprise of business, and is ready to impart this knowledge and become informal mentors to our members. The Team has since grown to include two qualified business women who are equally passionate about uplifting other women and seeing them thrive.
