I was born and raised in Taiwan, moved to Rochester MN, a small town (comparing to Taipei), a few years ago to learn more about life on the other side of the globe (literally). You’ll always find me in the kitchen or a hole-in-the-wall eatery with a camera strapped to me while I cook or eat, wandering around markets, supporting small local businesses, looking for creative makers or artists, and sipping cortados at third wave coffee shops. If I were in Taiwan, you’ll also find me in the ocean free diving or surfing.
