Inspiration can come from varied sources and for Zack Arnett, the Northern California-bred artist/producer and founder of the eclectic, alternative project SUR, that creative life force flows from the natural beauty of California’s coast, forests and deserts which he channels into a fusing of inventive alternative, electronic, pop and rock elements, visceral rhythms, a hip-hop spirit and a dash of desert-dusted mysticism.
