The Arts Partnership (TAP) is a nonprofit umbrella arts organization representing all art forms in Fargo and West Fargo, North Dakota and Moorhead, Minnesota. Our mission is to cultivate the community through the arts. We have three core values: 1. Support local art and the artists who make it. 2. Advocate the arts’​ role in a vibrant economy. 3.
