Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology National Cancer Centre Singapore Learning about a cancer diagnosis is difficult for anyone - even more so for young adults who are in their prime when they are venturing out and integrating into the working society. The Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology (AYAO) support group aims to improve cancer care for patients between 16-39. We look into their needs beyond the usual medical aspects, helping them integrate back to society during and after their treatments in the hospitals.
