Pastry Chef-After his training on Professional Pastry and Bakery at MSA, Ebru Özel Barım gained experience at The House Cafe, Klemantin Open Kitchen Bakery and Pastry House in Istanbul. Since December 2011, he has been continuing his works with his Bakeatcake brand in Çorlu with his personal cakes, cookies, cupcakes produced in his kitchen.
