We've been organizing group training, calisthenics courses, personal training, and an online program with your own body weight since 2012. We use exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats, which later allow us to achieve figures like handstands or human flags. We are one of the first organized clubs in Poland promoting calisthenics and street workout. We've been members of the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation since 2014. We are the only organizers of eliminations for the World Cup in Street Workout.
