He pursued his undergraduate studies in Economics and Finance at The University of Manchester, where he honed his ability to analyze financial statements and delve into econometrics, graduating with Upper Second-Class Honors in July 2022. His quest for knowledge didn't stop there; he proceeded to University College London (UCL) to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance. At UCL, he explored deeper Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, and Hedge Fund Strategies alongside emerging fields like Fintech and Wealth Management. Professionally, Aaditya stepped into finance through strategic internships, one of which was at Kennedy M&A in the summer of 2024. Here, he engaged in high-level research and advisory tasks, including creating financial models and assisting in preparing a sell-side information memorandum to secure Series A funding. Before this, his 2022 internship at Stephens in London involved crafting pitch books and supporting the Debt & Restructuring team. Outside finance, Aaditya's passion for football has been a constant. His leadership qualities shone as he played and even led as vice-captain at the Manchester Medics Football Club, guiding the team to significant victories. His football journey started much earlier in Hong Kong, where his skills earned him accolades, such as Most Improved Player and Players' Player of the Year. Aaditya also takes pride in his stock market investments, particularly in the financial services and information technology sectors, where his analytical skills come to the forefront. His proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint and platforms such as S&P Capital IQ and FactSet, coupled with his fluency in English and Hindi, further augment his professional capabilities. Now residing in Palo Alto, California, Aaditya enjoys the companionship of his pet Labradoodle and indulges in his hobbies of exploring diverse cuisines and traveling.
