Barry Snyder is a seasoned financial executive with a well-established background in investment banking, venture capital, and private equity. He currently holds the position of Chairman and CEO of Southeast Highway Holdings LLC, a leading contractor in highway construction and maintenance across Florida and Georgia. Established in 1997 and based in West Palm Beach, Southeast Highway Holdings' Construction Division is known for its expertise in installing guardrails, crash cushions, fencing, and handrails for general contractors and private clients. The company's Maintenance Division is responsible for repairs of guardrails, attenuators, fences, cables, and handrails in various critical areas across Florida and Georgia. In his professional journey, he has been an active member of the Florida Transportation Builders' Association (FTBA), which consists of individuals and firms involved in the construction of transportation systems. He is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of Georgia, a professional trade association representing many of the top contractors and service/supplier firms in the region. In addition to his role at Southeast Highway Holdings, he manages Glenwick Capital LLC, a family office located in West Palm Beach. This office focuses primarily on consumer and private equity-related investments, including holdings in companies such as Epic Games, DuckDuckGo, Landline, Manscaped, Fever Events, Wage Stream, Bilt, Raya, and Harper Wilde, among others. His extensive career in investment banking and private wealth management has seen him occupy several Senior Managing Director positions at some of the most prestigious investment banks, where he primarily served private families, institutional clients, and Sovereign Wealth Funds. He has also served as a Senior Advisor to Smash Capital, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles that specializes in consumer internet and gaming, financial services, healthcare, enterprise software, and commerce markets. Prior to his current roles, he was a Managing Director for J.P. Morgan in their Private Wealth Management Division in West Palm Beach. Before that, he served as a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where he worked in Private Wealth Management and was instrumental in securing investment banking deals. At Credit Suisse, Snyder was recognized as one of Barron's Top 100 Wealth Advisors, a significant achievement in the wealth management industry. During his tenure, he was responsible for securing a $400 million private loan against UPREIT shares for executives. He played a crucial role in facilitating the sale of a large family business in Texas to a utility company.
