He then earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. His professional career began with an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he managed patient experience, customer service, and communication for the level I trauma center while completing executive-level projects. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital process improvement initiatives. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, where he worked on enhancing surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow across multiple facilities. In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, overseeing specialties including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care.
