Brooke Winter’s innovative approach to health and technology is reflected in her diverse career. After earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, she transitioned from working as a research engineer at Hewlett-Packard to becoming a licensed acupuncturist. Brooke then dedicated herself to teaching Traditional Chinese Medicine and developing Clean Needle Technique protocols while maintaining a private practice. She is a member of the Portland Lesbian Choir and active in her local community.
