His career also included a successful stint with the Las Vegas Locomotives in the United Football League, where he played an integral role in helping the team win a championship. Raised in Imlay City, Michigan, Kircus excelled in several sports, including basketball, football, and track. He earned All-State honors in basketball and still holds track records in school and county. He scored over 60 touchdowns on the football field during high school, showcasing his exceptional athletic ability. After high school, he attended Grand Valley State University, where he helped lead the team to its first National Championship and set numerous NCAA records. David’s NFL journey began with the Detroit Lions, where he quickly earned recognition for his hard work and ability to make impactful plays. He later joined the Denver Broncos, where he continued to impress, particularly during the preseason, with an outstanding 84-yard touchdown reception.
