A few weeks ago, my companions and I went to the Lufthansa Airlines London Office to change our travel dates. The staff was incredibly cordial and provided us with timely service. We were worried about extra costs and flight availability, but the staff cheerfully went over all the options with us. They even helped us choose better flight schedules. Much better than calling customer service. There is little waiting, and the place is clean. I thoroughly appreciated the service and will return if I ever need help flying.
