Ethan Heller has developed his path through discipline, focus, and clear thinking in demanding situations. At Lehigh University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics with a major in Finance and a minor in Management. He consistently earned Dean’s List honors and graduated with the highest academic honors. While in college, Ethan competed as a Division I baseball player and spent 20-25 hours/week on practice, games, and leadership development. After an injury ended his athletic career, he continued supporting the sport by helping coaches use performance data to guide training strategies. This work helped him learn how to make complex information easier to understand and make decisions when outcomes were uncertain. Ethan's first private equity experience came through multiple internships. In these roles, he worked with senior management and portfolio company executives. He spoke with over 20 executives across various industries and learned how organizations think about growth, culture, and future planning. He also presented acquisition analyses directly to a CEO and joined product development discussions for a portfolio company. He conducted pricing and industry analysis for a prototype product with multimillion-dollar implications. After graduation, Ethan began his career at a private equity firm as a Project Specialist. His role focused on execution-based projects with measurable financial benefits across portfolio companies. He analyzed fuel consumption and cost structures for aircraft operations and developed break-even models to increase flight activity and reduce inefficiencies. He also developed an inventory system for nationwide consolidation, which helped lower costs and improve operations. He later led a cost-reduction program that delivered over $300k in annualized savings and supported stronger cash flow and financial stability. He also prepared daily liquidity analyses to support flexible capital allocation. During asset restructuring, he worked on financial planning and analysis for real estate deals across multiple states, helping guide decisions about buying, selling, and long-term planning. In 2025, Ethan joined LUMA Financial Group, where he works with clients in various industries. He uses financial modeling, budgeting, and performance tracking to help businesses understand key metrics and make clearer investment and operational decisions. Ethan also founded and serves as managing partner of an investment holding company focused on traditional and alternative investments, including real estate, public markets, and cryptocurrency. He trades Nasdaq-100 futures contracts and is also the managing partner in a real estate holding company with residential and commercial properties in several states. Ethan Heller also values purpose, service, and accountability. He has trained younger team members, supported charitable and humanitarian organizations, helped with food insecurity initiatives, and spoken with donors about international programs for orphaned children.
