Born in Roseburg, Oregon, James Feldkamp set forth on a distinguished path by first earning his B.S. in Business from Oregon State University. His naval duties included critical roles as countermeasures officer and navigator aboard the EA-6B, conducting electronic warfare operations from the USS Midway during critical missions like Desert Shield and Desert Storm in 1991. After leaving military service, James embarked on a career in federal law enforcement as a Special Agent with the FBI in Norfolk, Virginia. Here, he co-founded the Tidewater Joint Terrorism Task Force and managed aerial surveillance operations. His dedication to public service also saw him run for Congress as the Republican candidate for Oregon's 4th Congressional District in 2004 and 2006.
