Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive recognized for building and scaling companies across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He is the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held platform that operates and invests in multiple sectors. Jaser was born in the United States into a Jordanian family with a long history in Gulf business. His father, Munir Zaabri, and other relatives were involved with firms working in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading across the UAE and surrounding regions. Growing up in this environment gave Zaabri early exposure to international business practices and influenced his interest in entrepreneurship. The family’s business roots trace back to the early 1970s, when members were involved in companies such as Universal Trading Group, Target Engineering & Construction Company, and Al Ahlia Group. These businesses contributed to infrastructure development and supported global brands entering Gulf markets. This background helped shape his understanding of long-term business operations. Jaser Zaabri studied at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, earning a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His education focused on sales strategy, leadership, and operational systems. He later continued his executive education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he developed further insight into strategy and organizational growth. Early in his career, Jay worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he participated in transactions involving members of the Qatari royal family, gaining experience in high-level negotiations and cross-border business. In the early 2010s, he began building his own companies. From 2011 to 2018, Zaabri founded multiple insurance restoration and general contracting businesses under the Anderson Construction name. He also held executive roles within the Anderson Family of Companies, which focused on disaster recovery and property restoration across the United States. These companies worked to rebuild residential and commercial properties affected by fires, floods, and other disasters. Through this work, Jaser gained experience in scaling operations, managing teams, and developing systems to support high-volume projects. Alongside his work in construction, Jay Zaabri expanded into consumer products and brand development. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks, where he helped expand the brand into 38 countries and managed annual sales of nearly $150 million. His role included overseeing distributor networks and international logistics. He also worked with MyPillow Inc. as an executive and board member, contributing to growth efforts. In addition, he co-founded GarbageMan, which later developed into a waste management company that was acquired by a larger business. These ventures added to his experience across industries. From 2017 to 2019, Zaabri served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. He supported the expansion of the company’s retail distribution across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was later acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics. In 2019, he returned to the construction and development sector, holding executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction until 2021. During this time, he focused on sales, marketing, and operational growth. Double G Construction grew from around $2 million to about $60 million, while Elysian Construction reached over $600 million in revenue within 2 years. In 2022, Jaser founded Evolve Holdings to bring together multiple industries under one platform. The company operates across construction and restoration, recruiting, training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics. Within a few years, the company reached approximately $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects. Its divisions include Evolve Construction and Restoration, Evolve Fire and Restoration, Evolve University, and Evolve Recruiting, each focused on different areas of growth and development. Outside of business, Zaabri supports charitable initiatives through the Evolve Foundation and the It 's4TheKids Foundation.
