Joe Fairless Cincinnati values helping others and giving back to the community a lot. Through his Best Ever Causes initiative, he has helped more than 38 organizations that help people. Some of these are the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI), the United Way's partner Stepping Stones, Operation Give Back in Cincinnati, an Oregon group called Unite Oregon that works for racial and social justice, a Hispanic/Latino employee resource group called Hacemos, a farm school called Gorman Heritage Farm, and a group that helps people in need called Humanitarian Aid Network. The organizations listed in Matthew 25 are the ones we've already talked about, plus Fighting Chance Rescue, which helps horses in trouble. Fairless has been giving Texas Tech University's advertising team scholarship money yearly since 2012. If a student is chosen for this program, they can go to New York City and intern at a well-known advertising firm.
