With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, Rallo has completed more than 500 transactions, generating proceeds exceeding $60 million. Throughout his career, Rallo has gained deep expertise across multiple areas of finance, including initial public offerings (IPOs), special-purpose acquisition (SPAC) offerings, follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), debt capital markets, leveraged financing, restructuring, recapitalization, private placements, and risk management. His ability to lead complex financial transactions with precision and composure has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor within the industry. While still in university, Rallo began his career at Lehman Brothers as a summer analyst in equity derivatives. After graduation, he spent ten years as Vice President in the Financial Institutions & Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Citizens JMP Securities. Later, he became Co-Head of Global Investment Banking at Aegis Capital Group, overseeing strategic operations and significant transactions. These roles allowed him to refine his leadership style and establish his strong foundation in financial strategy, client relations, and organizational growth. In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rallo co-founded E.F. Hutton & Co., headquartered in Manhattan. He aimed to build a firm that blended traditional investment banking principles with modern, technology-driven solutions. By introducing digital tools and emphasizing collaborative work, Rallo and his team maintained business continuity and strengthened client trust during an uncertain economic period. Together with his wife, he supports causes focused on healthcare, education, and youth empowerment around the world. He serves on the boards of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Lang Lang International Music Foundation, and the Rousseau Foundation. His charitable work also extends to organizations like Make-A-Wish America and Keep a Child Alive (KCA), which support vulnerable children and families globally. Rallo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. While at Notre Dame, he played Division 1 Lacrosse and was a four-time Monogram Winner. He also co-founded the Irish Fighting for St. Jude Kids, a fundraising initiative for pediatric cancer research.
