His ability to lead complex financial transactions with precision and composure has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor within the industry. While still in university, Rallo began his career at Lehman Brothers as a summer analyst in equity derivatives. After graduation, he spent ten years as Vice President in the Financial Institutions & Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Citizens JMP Securities. Later, he became Co-Head of Global Investment Banking at Aegis Capital Group, overseeing strategic operations and significant transactions. These roles allowed him to refine his leadership style and establish his strong foundation in financial strategy, client relations, and organizational growth. In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rallo co-founded E.F. Hutton & Co., headquartered in Manhattan. He aimed to build a firm that blended traditional investment banking principles with modern, technology-driven solutions.
