Kyle Vandermolen most recently worked for Solvay, a global leader in chemicals science and processing technology, as a Technical Services Specialist. He began his career as a Chemicals Coordinator at a US Steel Corporation Coke Plant, where he oversaw a staff of six union workers. He soon rose through the ranks to become Departmental Supervisor, in responsibility of supervising and coordinating the work of four shift managers and more than 30 union employees.
