Nicole Elizabeth Perusse, born on January 25, 1995, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, is a certified hospitality service trainer and accomplished athlete. She has built a diverse and successful career in Andover, Massachusetts, excelling in sports and customer service. Nicole began her education at Holderness School in New Hampshire, later transferring to Methuen High School in Massachusetts. She completed her senior year at Chelmsford High School. After graduation, she moved to Orlando, Florida, to attend Valencia Community College in 2015. This relocation offered her new challenges, broadened her perspective, and contributed to her personal growth. She later returned to Massachusetts to attend Middlesex Community College, earning a business management certificate and laying the groundwork for her professional aspirations. Sports have always been a significant part of Nicole’s life. She has been actively involved in snowboarding, softball, and tennis. Nicole won a national Boardercross championship in 2007, earning a gold medal and recognition in Sports Illustrated for her impressive performance. She also received a judges’ choice award for consistently placing in the top three at snowboarding competitions. Alongside her snowboarding success, she has been part of various softball teams, including those in the USA, NSA, and ASA leagues, and she was a varsity tennis player at Holderness during her first year. The fast-paced nature of the job helped her develop intense multitasking and customer service skills. While there, she earned her bartending diploma and became a ServSafe-qualified food handler. Her exceptional performance and leadership abilities led her to train new employees and contribute to the restaurant’s overall success. In 2019, Nicole transitioned to the sales field, becoming a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Burlington, Massachusetts. She adapted quickly to the new environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. Her strong communication and conflict-resolution skills helped her manage customer relationships, and she was recognized as one of the top sales associates. Currently, Nicole works as a service waitress at Burton’s Bar and Grill in Westford, Massachusetts, where she continues to apply her multitasking and customer service skills in a high-energy environment. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nicole has actively supported charitable causes. She participated in several March of Dimes campaigns, helping to raise funds for critical initiatives. Her dedication to her career and community reflects her strong work ethic and caring nature. Her journey showcases her ability to adapt, overcome challenges, and make a meaningful impact.
