Before establishing PW Partners, he was a partner at a Chicago-based value-oriented hedge fund. He has served on the boards of BJ's Restaurants, Del Taco, Famous Dave's of America, and Town Sports International, significantly enhancing their performance and profitability. His strategic interventions have earned him several accolades, including being named one of the 50 most influential people in the restaurant industry by Restaurant News in 2015. 2018, Patrick was honored as Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in New York. He has been pivotal in numerous business turnarounds. Particularly notable was his work with Town Sports International, which he rescued from the brink of bankruptcy in 2016. His efforts culminated in the company's stock price soaring to over $14 per share in 2018 from a low of 92 cents in 2016.
