Paul Wiedmaier is a dedicated Project Engineer with four years of experience managing civil and renewable energy construction projects valued at more than $90 million. Additionally, he created an Excel-based asset management and maintenance tracker, verified equipment against specifications, and managed plant security access for employees and subcontractors by site requirements. Before this, Paul served as a Project Engineer at JS Vig Construction in Plymouth, Michigan. His responsibilities included supporting schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, preparing and reviewing subcontracts, RFIs, and RFCOs, performing quantity takeoffs, and helping prepare bids for projects ranging from $500,000 to $20 million. Earlier, during a Field Engineer Internship with Motor City Electric in Dearborn, he contributed to operations at the Ford Truck Plant by designing cable tray systems, creating wire tags, reviewing diagrams, and assisting engineering teams with troubleshooting equipment. In his senior year at Wayne State, he was part of the winning team in the Electrical Contracting Innovation Challenge, the first such win for the university. Outside of work, Paul Wiedmaier volunteers at Holy Family Parish in Novi, Michigan, stays active, enjoys golf, traveling, and reading, and speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, holding dual citizenship in the United States and Brazil.
