Robert Parrinelli is a New York trial attorney and managing partner at Appell & Parrinelli, where he has dedicated more than two decades to personal injury, construction accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation. Over the years, he has represented thousands of clients and secured numerous multi-million-dollar results through consistent preparation and focused advocacy. He grew up in the greater New York metropolitan area and later attended Hofstra University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management in 2000. During his time there, he played on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse Team and served as team captain during his senior year. That same season, he was selected to compete in the U.S.I.L.A. North-South All-Star Game, an honor recognizing top collegiate players. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued at Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2003. Following his admission to the New York State Bar in 2004, Robert began his legal career in New York City as an associate trial attorney under his mentor's guidance. The experience helped shape his approach to trial work and ultimately led to the creation of Appell & Parrinelli, where he became a named and managing partner. In this role, he leads a practice committed to helping individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or losses. His firm handles matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction and worksite incidents, premises liability, defective products, wrongful death, commercial property disputes, and medical malpractice. He accepts cases selectively to ensure each client receives his direct focus and the support necessary for strong results. Robert's firm has secured many notable outcomes, including $6.5 million for a child injured by a defective radiator, a $6.3 million verdict stemming from a contaminated food product, construction accident recoveries of $3.3 million and $3.1 million, a $2.7 million result in a medical malpractice case involving a missed cardiac arrest diagnosis, and additional settlements of $3.1 million in a premises matter and $2.3 million in a motor vehicle accident. His experience also includes cases involving toxic exposure, lead poisoning, labor discrimination, sexual harassment, and defamation. He is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Outside of his legal practice, he mentors young attorneys, coaches youth lacrosse, supports charitable initiatives, completed the New York City Marathon on behalf of a spinal cord injury foundation, and remains active in community programs. As a father of four, he continues to balance family responsibilities with his professional commitments, values that remain central to Robert Parrinelli's life and work.
