Alessandro “Sandro Bani“, born in 1988, first started his career as a DJ in 2005, when he was only 16. Passion for dance music rose in 2001, listening to the first radio shows that broadcast the latest hits, but the real love for the nightlife arose during the summer 2004 spent among the famous clubs of the Italian Riviera. His music includes everything that comes and leads to the future house: from progressive house with shades of electro music, which are able to distinguish his dj-sets and to conquer the not only the Italian dance floors but also the European ones thank to the present partnerships. Ever since his earliest youth, Sandro Bani started Djing in the most famous clubs in his hometown first and little by little in Milan and northern Italy too. He started then performing in most of the prestigious clubs in Milan like: Hollywood, Luminal, DeSade, Cost, Beach Solair, Shocking, I-Club, Club Modà, Molto, Noir e Bamboo During the summer 2009, he decided to face another challenge and to broaden his know-how. He attended a “Music & Tech” course by Alar Recording Studio in Parma. The course provided him with all the knowledge necessary to start mixing right away as well as being guided through all the different types of the mixing process. 2010 marked a turning point. Sandro Bani maked his way into the studio. In just two years he realised a series of releases and important collabs, he released two tracks and three remixes. The most important that got huge feedback and received support from top international artists is the remix for INNA – WOW (official remix released on Ultra Music, Spinnin’ Records, Roton Music and Do It Yourself). Furthermore, Sandro Bani came up with his friend and school mate Davide Svezza: “I Can’t Wait”, “I Can’t Stop” (remake of the famous track “This Feeling” by Sandy Rivera), “SPANK!” (a revision of the single by Jimmy Bo Horne”), the single “Magalenha” and a new release “Tonight”. After several releases and important collaborations, in 2013 Sandro Bani joined the artistic team of ScuolaZoo Viaggi. He soon becomes one of the main figures of the season, first in Corfù (Greece) and then Pag (Croatia). Thanks to his high artistic value, he was reconfirmed for the Summer season 2014 and 2015 and had the opportunity to perform in world-famous clubs like Papaya in Pag and Top Hill in Budva. During the Winter Season 2014-2015 Sandro Bani is the resident DJ of the Club 747 in Milan, where he worked with artists like Nari & Milani and DJ Sneak. Sandro Bani’s career is growing even more and shows great promise. During the Summer Season 2015, he keeps the crowd on the dance floors of some of the most important European Clubs, both thanks to his collaboration with ScuolaZoo Viaggi and to his excitement translates to the audience. The upcoming Season starts with the remix for DJ Sava and his track “Bailando”, exclusively licensed by the Romanian Label Cat Music and licensed in Italy by Do it Yourself. At the end of August 2015 Sandro Bani contributed to “Twiga Selection”, the compilation of the amazing nights of Flavio Briatore’s Twiga Clubs which is distributed by SONY Music and released by the Label Do It Yourself. The compilation is charted at #1 on the iTunes Chart Dance. At the beginning of September 2015 Sandro Bani releases in collaboration with the record label Do It Yourself the new EP “Music Sounds Better With You” (a remake of the original track influenced by the nu-disco genre that became famous all over the world thanks to the Stardust project). The EP features also a Stefano Pain’s progressive house remix. His first production of 2016 is long waited until may 20th, when “Life” is released on Glitter, a Label owned by Do It Yourself, with an updated sounds inspired by the evolution of house music, never took for granted and with all the due respect: Barbara Tucker, Su Su Bobien, Dawn Tallman, Sabrynaah Pope e Michelle Weeks. After spending summer 2016 at Zrce Beach in Pag, Sandro Bani is confirmed Resident DJ at Sio Cafè in Milan for the upcoming winter season. Gigs are continuoisly growing, both in quality and numbers, and beside this partnership, he works at St. Trop and Beach Club for new year’s eve weekend in Lloret De Mar and at The Room in Barcelona. In 2017 he’s back in studio to remix the single of DRAGONETTE “Lonely Heart” [Do It Yourself, Blanco Y Negro], from the album Royal Blues and the one of LEXA HILL “Get Up Get Down Get Funky Get Loose” [d.vision records]. Three summers spent at Zrce Beach put him enough in the spotlight to worth him room in the line-up of the well recognized Croatian festival Zrce Spring Break Europe 2017; four days of parties on the island of NOA, KALYPSO, AQUARIUS e PAPAYA (all of them featured in the famous TOP 100 CLUB by DJ MAG). Summer 2017 has him back as one the main DJ of the artistic staff of ScuolaZoo Viaggi: 54 Dreamy Night and Loco Club in Corfù beside DISCO TROPICS, St. Trop, ZOO CLUB, Beach Club, Disco Privè, Revolution Disco and SANDDANCE in Lloret De Mar are just few of the clubs having Sandro Bani as a main feature of the European club scene. In 2018 Sandro Bani shifts his focus on performing as resident DJ in Milan, as well as taking charge of the artistic director in a bunch of clubs in the Brianza area. Strong of his background, made of countless experiences as DJ-producer and as insider for digital distributor aggregator, Sandro Bani alongside with his colleague and friend Davide Svezza, and supported by Do It Yourself, kicks-off his on Label: Jackpot Records. Beside his new creature, the club nights, the festivals and seasons abroad with ScuolaZoo Viaggi, Sandro Bani launches a new musical project, again with his fellow DJ Davide Svezza, putting in practice the idea they both kept on hold for long time: a new pseudonym, created for a music genre affected by techno and tech-house sounds, made for real clubbers: CHAMELEON. After his performances in 2017 and 2018, Sandro Bani is again confirmed on stage at one of Pag’s main festival: Zrce Spring Break Europe 2019, where he will play with Headhunterz and BAUSA. Sandro Bani is on the right way. Main character of a new musical trend, his future looks as promising as it’s never been before.
