Victor Sheverda is a Construction Project Manager based in the Greater Denver Area, experienced in guiding commercial projects from pre-construction through final closeout. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, which reflects his commitment to structured, consistent leadership in project execution. By combining formal project management principles with field-tested experience, he ensures projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client goals. His introduction to the construction industry began with hands-on involvement in his family’s residential building business, where he gained early exposure to Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) technology. This construction approach, centered on sustainability and energy efficiency, influenced his dedication to building practices, prioritizing durability and long-term performance. ICF structures offer resilience against fire, rot, pests, and extreme weather—qualities that continue to shape his professional outlook and decisions. He completed three internships with a major construction group throughout college, gaining valuable on-site experience across several notable projects. After graduation, he began working in commercial construction, first as a Project Engineer, then progressing to an Assistant Project Manager with a leading contractor in Colorado. In this role, he manages subcontractor coordination, contract execution, procurement, and owner communication, ensuring seamless operations throughout the project lifecycle. He is also certified in Agile methodology, which allows him to break complex projects into smaller, manageable phases, improving adaptability and communication. This process-driven approach supports the successful delivery of large-scale developments, especially in environments where adjustments and client feedback are essential. He spent part of his early life in Hawaii, where he developed an appreciation for nature. After relocating to Colorado, he attended Cherokee Trail High School, where he excelled academically and athletically. As a four-year varsity tennis player, he qualified multiple times for regional and state championships. He began his higher education in Civil Engineering before transferring to Colorado State University, where he graduated with a 3.78 GPA. His academic achievements earned him recognition in the Sigma Lambda Chi Honor Society and regular placement on the Dean’s List. His internships included involvement in the Market Station and RidgeGate Campus projects in Colorado and restoring the United States Capitol Building, which he considers a professional highlight. Following college, he contributed to the National Western Center Campus Energy project as a Project Engineer, participating in developing North America’s most extensive sewer-heat recovery system. He later served as a construction estimator, reviewing and developing project budgets. In 2022, he advanced to Assistant Project Manager, overseeing complex projects, including the 170,982-square-foot NCAR-Wyoming Supercomputing Center. Outside his professional responsibilities, he remains active through hiking, mountaineering, and participating in sports such as Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, boxing, skiing, and weightlifting. He also supports wildlife conservation through his involvement with a national foundation and finds fulfillment in travel and exploring historical sites. Victor Sheverda continues to lead construction projects with discipline, purpose, and a clear focus on sustainable, effective results that reflect his experience and dedication to the industry.
