At Toggi, she has guided the development of residential and commercial projects that highlight modern design and sustainability. Through The Food Hall, she has helped create a dining brand known for delivering quality experiences to customers. She has implemented advanced Effluent Treatment Plants at the paper mills to ensure safe and responsible wastewater treatment and has achieved ISO 9001:2015 and FSC-CoC certifications. Her marketing leadership has established strong brands, including Bashundhara Baby Diaper, Bashundhara Tissue, and Monalisa Sanitary Napkins. She has also supported the Bashundhara Special Children Foundation, which raises awareness about autism and provides care and education for children with special needs.
