I completed my health coaching certification from the world’s largest nutrition school, Institute for Integrative Nutrition; went on to complete a course in meditation, as well as the Nutritional Leadership Training Program with Dr. Josh Axe. I’ve been mentored by Carmen Hunter, founder of Institute for Functional Health Coaching and am enrolled in Hormones Made Simple + DUTCH Testing for Health Coaches with Functional Hormone Expert, Maria Claps. I continue my education to stay up-to-date with health changes and trends.
