To reiterate, if you happen to pass a gutter and a clown just happens to pop up and starts talking to you, run. Do not stop and finger him, exchange tumblrs, or chat, just run.

I would also go as far as to say that the manufacture of evil clown acessorys are to blame for most, if not all clown related murders. I mean just arrest every one who buys a red clown side wig, let alone a evil murdering blood red clown nose. Only murderous molester clowns would need evil clown accessories. Also no more clown size gutter openings, please. I mean that’s just begging for a child killing clown to set up camp. All in all just plain common sence, right?
