HELLO, MY NAME IS RAFAEL RODRÍGUEZ. I'M A MUAY THAI FIGHTER AND PERSONAL TRAINER BASED IN MIAMI. I started my training as a boxer and Muay Thai fighter back in 2007 in a gym called “TaoMMA” located in Caracas, Venezuela. That same year in October 2008 I went to Thailand for the first time and trained at Fairtex Bangplee Gym next to my teacher and second father Sensei Gustavo Rodríguez. Since then, I have traveled to Thailand 3 more times during these past years. In my years of preparation I began as a gym instructor. It wasn’t until 2012 that I made my first appearance as an amateur Muay Thai fighter. My years in Venezuela gave me knowledge and experience in boxing and functional training. I currently reside in the city of Miami where I train and work in KO ZONE.
