Helinox was founded in 2009 by the world renowned, family-owned DAC Company (Dongah Aluminium Corporation), manufacturer of aluminium poles for many of the world's premium outdoor brands. Chair One was first launched in 2012 and started a revolution in lightweight, portable, comfortable chairs. Chair One has become an iconic and globally awarded product for all outdoor activities. Utilising 30 years of design and manufacturing experience gained at DAC, Helinox has continued to develop many more industry leading, award winning products that are true to the original concept: lightweight, durable, compact and comfortable.
