THE CHAIRMEN Partners Ferry Loeve & Joost van den Berg started their dream back in 2003. A salon which measured just 25m2 on The Molsteeg in Amsterdam. Joost cut hair and Ferry colored. A few years later Het Haartheater got its name by showing a new “Theater show” every two hours, a before & after look!! After the opening of the salon on the Weteringschans the guys continued to fantasize about a second large salon in the city. A few trips later back & forward to New York, the total beauty concept dream became a reality. Summer 2017 The Beethovenstraat opened its doors. Joost van de Berg is know for his skills in finding the best stylist for each client and has transformed Het Haartheater into a salon filled with regular customers. He began his career 25 years ago in Rotterdam, if you want to have a haircut with Joost call our salon on The Weteringschans. Ferry Loeve: women who are a step ahead know exactly how to find Ferry, for a perfect blond color, cool Scandinavian to warm caramel blond. Ferry worked 8 years as International Color Artist at Redken. In this period you could find him on podiums national & international teaching his skills to upcoming Colorists.
