JOE BELL is a comedy guy/writer/animator based out of Philly. He’s written and animated cartoons for Comedy Central as part of Saturday Morning(ish) Cartoons. In 2018, he wrote the ten issue comic “Last of the Burger Bunch” for the launch of Collegehumor’s Dropout.tv. He’s performed at NY Comedy Festival, Blue Heaven Comedy Festival, Five Dollar Comedy Week and The Philly Fringe Festival. Most recently, he was a Paid Partner at BYTE, a video sharing app and community. Man, this guy has really got the goods.
