One Roof began as a test: a pop-up coworking space in an Airbnb mansion in St Kilda. We called it One Roof to embody the notion that we will provide everything women need to succeed in their businesses and careers all under one roof. Nearly 500 people walked through the doors in less than a week and we knew we were on to something BIG. The One Roof movement was born and we are reshaping the world of work for women. One Roof was cofounded by Sheree Rubinstein and Gianna Wurzl who met through their love and passion to elevate women to success. They built a global brand and community before parting ways so Gianna could pursue other ventures including Quilt in her hometown in Los Angeles while Sheree focused on growing the One Roof movement in Australia.
