Silvana Imam, born in 1986, is a multiple award-winning multidisciplinary creative with roots in Lithuania and Syria. Growing up in Prague, Kiruna, and Jakobsberg, she first gained recognition as a music artist with socially critical lyrics and energetic live performances. Silvana gained widespread acclaim in 2013 with her debut album ‘Rekviem’, and throughout her decade-long career she’s won a Swedish Grammy for Artist of the Year, Guldmicken for Live Act of the Year at P3 Guld, as well as the Swedish Music Publishers' Award for Songwriter of the Year.
