A VOLVA, sometimes anglicized VALA, is a female shaman and seer in Norse religion and a recurring motif in Norse mythology. VALA collections are curated to evoke classic style and notion of beauty. We draw our inspiration from folk tradition, fairy tales, mediaeval arts, Celtic lore, Norse myths, Pre-Raphaelite painters, herbalism, alchemy, and the great master work of art: the natural world.
